    This is to inform you that on 22.11.2011 I have received a SMS on my mobile as “W.e.f 25th Nov'11, you will receive all transaction alerts on mobile number 919839094775 updated under contact details with the Bank and not on mobile number 919415583759 registered under InstaAlert Service”
    Although the number 919839094775 on which You are saying to send the transaction alerts is not my number ………….
    My correct mobile number is +919415583759.Kindly send the transaction alerts on this number.

    Post Refund of AQB ser chgs

    Dear Sir,

    This is Abdul Kathar. Am a account holder in HDFC BANK. My account no is 04071140022163 and on 26/11/11 they debited my account as AQB SER CHGS Rs.2434.44 for the month of Jan2011-Sep2011

    Initially it was salary account when i opened in my last company. Later i changed my job and used to keep the balance less than Rs.500. Am not aware that my salary account is converted to normal account. Also I have never received any information regarding these changes or any other.For the last one year they never charged me for any AQB Chgs.

    But today when i checked my account online it was a shock for me as they have taken Rs.2434.44 from my account which is not a small amount. I have two more bank accounts which are converted from salary to normal. They haven't charged such a huge amount even if i maintain minimum balance less than Rs.100. Is the government have given any special rules for only HDFC bank. Its a fraudulent bank. I bet it will lose all it's genuine customer month by month & finally it will beg each of their customers to join back.

    Please sir kindly look into the matter and do me the needful to reverse the amount back to my savings account. As i was not aware about these charges otherwise i would have closed this account long back or i would have maintained min balance. My mail id is chemkathar@gmail.com

    Hi,

    I have requested closure of my account (#00531050119192) in September 2011 as I have shifted out of India. I have personally submitted the form for closing the account at HDFC Bank branch in Sector - 110 in Noida. I don’t understand why my account has not been closed till now.

    One possible reason could be one of my old HDFC Bank Credit Card has been linked for auto-payment from my account. However, that card has expired and is no longer in use. Therefore, ideally this should not be an excuse for not closing my account. Currently, there is no active auto payment linked to my above account.

    I request you to please expedite the process and close my account asap.

    Default Don't recommend HDFC

    I have invested 3 lakhs till now in young star plus for my kid. Amount is 1 lakh and 91 thousand now. HDFC doesn't manage their fund properly and they don't care about your hard earned money. They deducted 75 thousand reupees in the first premium ( 1 lakh) for entire tenure 15 years. They don't have faith in customer that they will stay with them that long. Customers will come to know that fund is not managed properly and also they have to pay lots of charges to HDFC maintain it. Customers most likely surrender the policy and bear huge lose. I am planning surrender but I will loose that 75 thousand maintenance fee for entire tenure. In short, If you have invest your money, please invest in land (if you are able to monitor), flat, or fixed deposit. Be careful with market link policy as they are not well managed and management is entirely on you.

    Best banks in India are SBI, IDBI and ICICI is okay. go with SBI and IDBI. I worked with them for long and taken 2 home loans and no issue. All other banks are useless including ICICI. ICICI was good when Kamath was Chairman/COE now not that great.

    All other co-operative banks.. I don't believe them. It's your money. think and invest. I don't recomment HDFC for anything and it is totally useless. this is truth. I don't complain very offen. This is my mistake or blunder to invest through HDFC.

    Default HDFC HSR Branch - Cheating customer

    ISSUE: I have my second HDFC account in HSR Layout branch which I opened in April last year and was promised that I need to maintain 25000 as minimum balance in both my accounts. I had it but in September, I was levied with AQB charges. Bank branch manager made false promises for 3 months that it will be reversed but never done. Finally I had to go for closing of my account on last thursday (11th Jan 2012) but it is not closed still and again the AQB charges are levied even though I have 25,300 in my account. Its really crazy, I cannot understand why my account is not closed immediately and why AQB charges when I have mimimum balance.


    I am really troubled by HDFC HSR Branch team. Its kind of harrassment and I am sure if no action is taken fast I have to go for consumer court. I have two accounts in HDFC and have been part of HDFC for last 7 years. If these many years are not enough for good relation with a bank, I am deeply saddened !!

    I am not the one to take issue lightly and will go for formal litigation for mental harassment and cheating/fraud again your bank and branch. I want immediate solution to it

    Default Reversal of AQB Charges

    Dear Sir,

    My company has a tie-up with HDFC for opening a salary account. I opened my Salary account in the Sandoz branch of HDFC.

    Due to some changes, the salary was not credited in my HDFC account. I was constantly in touch with the HDFC representative & he assured me that till 12 months, no charges are deducted as the bank waits for a certain quantum of time before converting the salary account to a normal savings account.

    I repeatedly ask him to close my account as salary is not been credited into my account. On one pretext or the other, he kept on delaying the same. He also told me that i'll receive emails, SMS & letters once my account gets converted from a Salary to a normal savings account.

    I am really dissapointed to tell you that I have not received any communication from HDFC regarding this & have been deducted Rs. 827 as AQB charges for no fault of mine.

    You are please requested to investigate the case at your end & reverse these charges.

    Angry two wheeler loan depatment

    Dear sir ,
    I am krishna balaji , i am maintaining account in your bank for the past 8 month ,
    I have taken two wheeler loan in your bank ,emi rs 2496, for the last 7 months i paid the
    due correctly , unfortunately this month i cant pay due to holidays my salary was not credited

    A person name jagan called me asked for the payment , first i said i will pay next month both the
    due amt 4992, for that he said to pay this month itself he gave me one 10 days time , after that 10 days also i cant pay some personal
    problem in my family , for that he called me today and asking me to give back my bike for not paying one month , 2 years bank
    i have taken two wheeler loan in icici bank , pulsar tn22 bb 3048, for that bike for two months also they have given
    me excuse .....

    list of words he spoke to me

    1. dont u feel shame to be a ride ur bike not paying the due
    2 he spoke like that he have given me loan from his pocket
    3 come and leave the bike in my office right now .................etc

    etc etc ,i think this will be recorded please check it ,,,,,,,, my mobile no is 8939410310. loan department is at greams road
    pls take the complaint and take action . pls contact me .. i will tell the rest . i am also forwardind the maill to all the authorised persons in
    your hdfc division ....
