i am an employee of a private bank taken over by a nationalised bank. In 14 years of service, I have done my work sincerely and i love my job. But I am slightly hearing impaired, and on that basis i was harassed by a manager. But I put up a brave front and fought for my rights and got myself transferred to another branch. Peace prevailed, until last year,when a new manager joined our branch. She started harassing me, by shouting at me unnecessarily in front of customers, and calling up my number and disturbing me after office hours.when i told her not to do that she said that as a manager she has every right to do that and since i was from an inferior bank(the taken over bank), i had to listen to her.
Not only that, she brings her driver and personal servant maid to do office work which is not within bank norms.
She is bent upon destroying my sanity and peace of mind. PLEASE HEAR ME AND JUST TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO?????? I have not done anything wrong, why is it happening to me. at times i want to die...please help
