This is to bring in your notice that I have been cheated from Cholamandalam DBS. I have applied for Home Loan from Cholamandalam DBS. As per my initial discussions with the sales team of Cholamandalam DBS it was concluded that a processing fees of Rs. 2809 is required. At that time of discussions it was clearly specified that the processing fees will be charged only in case of loan approval.
Due to some reason my loan application was rejected and bank has charged a processing fees of Rs. 2,809.

I have discussed the issue with senior authorities of Cholamandalam DBS but all discussions resulted in vain.
