One of the worst phonebanking services if ou can call them service.These people have a fully automated IVR system and you have no option to talk directly to executive . Moreover you are forced to listen to stupid announcements on this numbers . I hope we all should close our account with such a miser bank which cant even provide basic facility like this just to save money by not having call centres executives.

Since a long time , i found such a pathetic IVR service from someone. Its really pain to dealing with HDFC. I really recommend, HDFC should be last option for opening new account.

This bank has n number of hidden charges....when they want customer they treat them like God and once you are in their trap then only God can help you...These guys have hired goons and named them executives and these so called executives can barely talk properly ..... and the wasooli that they do in the name of collection cannot be ignored....

This is the status of the one of the best banks of the country....

Friends beware of this Bank....no matter whether you have taken any loan or not they will call every posiible person you are associated with your spouse, organisation where you are working, friends, neighbour ...simply everywhere.

So friends gone are those days where we used to read Customer is the King....in todays world only rule is true and that is BUYER BEWARE
