Dear sir/mam

My name is Deepak Vishwakarma and I m from Jalandhar (Punjab). I have a check (check No. 438591) of Rs. 1206/- issued to me by Punjab National Bank, Gwalior on 8th September 2009. Code of this bank is 0290. when I went to another bank for the clearance of the check, I have been told that the signatures on the check have not been uploaded (till the date 4th March, 2010). I made many calls to PNB, Gwalior reagrding this issue. Every time they said that "ok, we are just going to upload the signatures", but nothing has happened till now. On the date 8th March,2010 this check's validity is going to be finished.
please suggest me what should I do in this matter?
