My name is Prithi Singh, I am a ex service men. I am retired on 14 Jul 1984 from Army. I am 100% disabled men and I am getting disability pension and constant attendant allowance. I am receiving pension from State Bank of Patiala, Jhajjar. My bank account Number is 55100932213. I facing a problem from bank. In sixth pay commission government revised the rate of disability pension and constant attendant allowance but bank is not giving me those pension and allowance as per the sixth pay commission. I have complaint thsi problem to the bank manager they said that they have not received any letter from your Regimental Centre. Then I wrote a letter to my Regimental Centre about my problem as on 21 Oct 2009 and in the refrence of my letter they send a letter to State Bank of Patiala, Jhajjar and copy of same letter to me as on 30 Oct 2009. In this letter they clearly mentioned that I am entitled to draw my above pension and allowance as per Sixth Pay Commission. But I have not received my pension as per sixth pay commission till date. I approach the bank manager for my problem but they said that said that they did not received your pension from our head branch, Patiala. So , you are requested that please solve my problem at earliest.

Harrasment by State bank of Patiala Respected Sir,
I had requested for a car loan from State Bank of Patiala, Kondli where our queries where handled by Mrs. Jena who told us that we can only give you a car loan Rs. 8,50,000/- at 8% rate of interest but the Branch Manager Arun kumar Sinha told us later on that an objection can come in the file so you keep a Fixed Deposit in the Bank of Rs. 5,00,000/- but is this ethical or makes sense that when we have this amount and we give you interest at 11.50% and for an Fixed Deposit take an interest rate 5.5% so I told Mrs. Jena that we can only make an Fixed deposit for Rs. 1-2 lacs and that too if only a objection comes from your head office otherwise I can take loan from some other bank. I was not sure that I can put a file for loan in two nationalized banks simultaneously so I didn’t do so but I had given my file in Hdfc bank on request from customer care who approved me a loan for Rs. 6,00,000/- but as State Bank of Patiala had taken a cheque for processing fees from me and had already withdrawn the same even before the loan was approved, I was in way bound to take a loan from them.
Now the loan was disbursed for Rs. 7,50,000/- from State bank of Patiala at 11.5% without any requirement for Fixed Deposit being made so we took the loan and cheque was made out in favor of dealer from whom we had to buy the car and we deposited the same with dealer but everything been done almost 1 week later Branch Manager from State bank of Patiala, Kondli branch called me on phone and said you had not made the Fixed Deposit in the branch on which we said no objection was put on the file and we refused for Fixed Deposit. Instead of the refusal the branch manager, kondli came to our house along with his four employees the next day. Sir I most respectfully want to ask you is this ethical on part of branch manager to do these sorts of things for his mere performance and commission.
