Your credit card department has made me realize that your department is big cheater and a complete thief. Though you pretend to be best bank of the country but i myself feel shame in accepting you as a National bank.

I have received calls from your department twice for applying for a SBI card (in past 1 yr). Initially on phone they always find me eligible and give me 100% assurance that i would be getting the card but later after collecting my photograph, my documents and other details, they reject my application without any reason (i really dont understand what does 'Internal Reason' mean). If you don't have guts to provide cards to your customer they for what you collect any customers details and documents and waste their time.

Better not to request your customer tp go for SBI card through your customer agents or you should have good employees so that they can validate on phone whether an application is elligible for card or not.

To take any action on it I am also marking this mail to consumer court and hope some valid action will be taken against this.
