I am srinivasa Rao gvv .I am using the sbi credit card last 4 years.Every month credit card statement contain a insurance coverage premium amount around 250rs.I called to bank and inform that i am not interested.But every month they are putting me this premium and i am regularly paid.But there is no documentation between bank and me.I have the statements as proof.Now i am asking the bank to convert that premium amount to my credit card due.They are saying that it is not possible.
Why should i loose my money.I paid totaly around rs12000(250*48) as premium.Please help me out from this cheating.

My card no ending with 2108.
