I have an Indian PayPal account and I have recieved money for my services using services option in PayPal.

PayPal yesterday returned all money back to my clients. Money amount is approximately 2000$.

Because of these reversal my account went negative and PayPal than cancelled my withdrawal to my bank account. I have withdrawn 2500$ and when it got cancelled PayPal returned me 2340$ after currency conversion

They are returning all my service payments to clients although they tell in email that they are returning only payments which were sent as personal gift.

Also, Now the returned payment to clients has cost me about 2000$ because clients are no longer willing to pay me back.

PayPal cannot return payments in past. These is illegal. They can do it from todays payments but how they can do it to payments done in past

Paypal is worst

I am using paypal account from more than 1 year and make transaction 3-4 time. 1 of my payment status is showing that payment is completed on 6-1-2012 but fact is that no payment reach to my bank account and 1 another payment made on 8-1-2012 transferred to my bank account. When I complaint to paypal first time on 12-1--2012 regards this then paypal disconnect my bank account details and ask to connect another bank account then I connec my HDFC bank details. And again write to paypal then one of their executive Mr. Colleen replied that your payment will be transferred to your account by Tuesday Jan 17, 2012. I wait till Jan 18, 2012 and write again. Then they ask to fax both banks statement. I faxed last 1 month statements of both banks on 21-1-2012.

In the last I replied as “We have completed our investigation of your case and, as there is insufficient evidence in support of your claim, we have refused your Unauthorised Account Use Claim.”

I have received money before and after the particular transaction/payment. Now question is that why my account is unauthorized and what is insufficient evidence they are saying.

Please help me out asap.

I need help to recover my money from paypal. Please help me.

I have done several transactions through paypal and i thought it was the easiest and safest way to purchase something online. However everything changed after a transaction i did on 26th sept 2011. i had purchased an item on ebay through paypal but it was not the right product. Paypal suggested that i directly talk to the merchant and if the merchant agrees to initiate a refund then they(paypal) are okay with it. The merchant was kind enough to refund my money and it did show up in the paypal website that merchant has refunded but paypal has not given that money to me and when i disputed the transaction, they blocked the merchant's account(which was not my intention) its been 6 months now and i have not received the money from paypal plus i have lost lot of my currency in just making international calls to paypal customer care. Please help me get my refund back and i also want to file a case against paypal for putting me in the dark. Thanks in Advance
