Complain is against cpp Card Protection
I had got a call from CPP in the month of December for my credit Card Protection.
For which they sent me the Temporary Kit. After reading the Details I thought of cancelling the temporary account with CPP. and I call them on 31 December to cancel.
Now it is 11th Feburary still the money is credited to my account. wherin the process takes 15 days to revert back to my account.
I am been following it up with CPP and Kotak bank regularly but no help.
Please Help
