    Default long delay in clearing cheque

    dear sir,

    I deposited two cheque (which is not at par) of CMC Ltd,Mumbai, on 28 september in State Bank Of India(Branch:-Kamla Nagar Agra,U.P.west-282005).
    These two cheque is still on pending.
    These two cheque are Bonus cheque what i recieved on deepawali occation.

    Cheque Detail:-

    Cheque No. Ammount Date

    655655 5,647.00 RS 28-sep-2009

    655705 2,578.00 Rs 28-sep 2009

    Could you please give me advice.
