I have taken around 20 Lakh Loan from hdfc bank,selaiyur-chennai just few months.
i am paying my emis regularly through online that too 20 days before. still hdfc people trying to use my cheques to withdraw money without checking accounts. As i am out of money on last day of month and
As a result of their stupid and foolishness,i am getting unnecessary mails and at high time,
about 2.1K is debited from my hdfc account for cheque return charges.

Also why dont they use my cheques only if i didnt pay my emis. it seems i need to teach them basics of banking.
i am frustrated with worst service. cant imagine how can hdfc people use my cheques ( given as security for loan) without checking the account first?.

Need Help how to lodge complaint. I am mentally disturbed because of worst service . this month i didnt pay my emi first.
as these stupids will use my checks and make me to pay for cheque return charges.
i mailed greivance and customer service teams and i contacted customercare too. she told host system is down and so she will call me in a hour. she never called back ..
