1. Hi I am Major Anil Kumar Sharma serving with Indian Army. On 21 sep 09 i tried withdrawing Rs 10,000/ (Rs Ten Thousand only) using ATM card of SBI, at ATM machine of Axis bank at Tilak nagar,New Delhi. No amount was given out by the ATM machine where as the amount wasdebitted from my account.
2. I immediately called up coustomer care of both Axis and SBI banks and i was directed by both to lodge a complaint at my branch and the problem will be resolved with in 2-3 days. i lodged a written complaint at my branch on 22 sep 09 alongwith photocopy of ATM recipt.
Later i have lodged complaint through email also. But today on 16 Oct 09 ie almost a month after the incident the problem s still not addressed,the money has not been creditted to my account.
