    Default Fraud by ICICI credit card and Lombard insurance

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am Gautam Nahar working as an Asst Manager in Tata motors, Pune.
    I have taken general insurance plan from Icici Lombard for which I am paying through my credit card.
    My credit card no is 377041670984003.
    The credit card statement shows two EMIs deducted from my account where as lombard is saying that I am holding only one policy. Rather this month 5,308Rs is debited to my account. Dont know why.
    Both ICICI credit card and ICICI Lombard are shaking hands and making fool to the customers. After contacting their help centres, they keep us on hold or ask to call other services.

    Default HSBC Mischarging Late Payment Charge

    I'm holding HSBC Gold Card (4384......9468) and every month I pay my outstanding amount using HDFC Cheque. Since last three months (Jul,Aug,Sept)
    they are charging me late payment fee even after paying my outstanding amount within due date.

    Every month after receiving my statement I am calling the customer service and requesting them to revert the late payment charges and they do so, but again they charge me late payment fee in the new statement.

    This is repeatedly happening in my card. Please help me out
