I'm holding HSBC Gold Card (4384......9468) and every month I pay my outstanding amount using HDFC Cheque. Since last three months (Jul,Aug,Sept)
they are charging me late payment fee even after paying my outstanding amount within due date.
Every month after receiving my statement I am calling the customer service and requesting them to revert the late payment charges and they do so, but again they charge me late payment fee in the new statement.
This is repeatedly happening in my card. Please help me out
