Mental haressment from hdfc bank recovery giving absuse to my parients Hello sir,
my father has took car loan from hdfc bank and we are not able to pay 2 installments because of recession our business is totally down our payments is blocked from our client thats why we can't pay installments their executive visiting at my home for the payments but our commitment is failed 2,3 times we told them we want to pay but reason is we don't have money right now. We request them but they are abuse my parents on phone bad words they are giving my parents age is above 55 years and i want justice what should i do today i was at home and he is giving abuse my mother and i speak with him he is saying kidher hai woh phone bundh karke baitha hai aur tum logo mere aadmi log ko dhamki deta hai i ask my mother is that true is he saying bulding wale ko jamha kare ke dhamki dete ho tum log mother told me maine kuch bola he nahi hai that person is shouting front of our door. I told recovery agent aisa kuch bhi nahi bola hai yaha se aur tu tameez se baat kar he started zayad bol mat tu kya ukhad lega waha per aake saab logo ko nanga kare ke marunga and than i started abuse him
now i want to know what is the procedure to su... Them i want justice that it
i am trying to find out email of rbi so i can complaint against hdfc and recovery agent second thing i want bring out this matter in media i mean in news paper so people also understand what are going through we are to whom this people are mental harassment they also join us.

Dear Sir,
If the recovery agents are harassing then, you can take the help of Police Deptt. For any help on Bank level pls. send a written complaint to the Head Office of the Bank and keep a copy of that letter with you. Wait for the response for 15-20 days and revert back soon after getting any help from the bank's side. The address of HDFC head office is:

on more thing i want to say that recovery agent is saying "HUM LOG CHAHTE HAI KI AAP LOG POLICE COMPAINT KARO" second thing on that day he was abuse my parents thats why i also abuse that person
today he called up regarding about car loan payment and he is saying "TUMHARE LADKE NE JO BHI GAALIYA AUR DHAMKI DI HAI WOH SAAB RECORDED HAIN" so in that case what should i do please tell me.

Dear Sir,
If you got no help from the Bank Head office, you can approach RBI's Banking Ombudsman Division for further help. For that, you must have the copy of correspondence made with the Head Office. The harrassment done by the recovery agents should be mentioned in your written communications with the Bank and with the Ombudsman.
