I am holding a HDFC Credit card and due to some inconvenience I block that card in November 2008 with clearing all bill . But the bank is still calling me that your card payment is due. I payed 3 payments of 400 to 500 three months without purchasing anything even after blocking my card. Now they are still calling that it will be my last payment. Now I want to sue them. Please help.
