    i am Nirpinder Singh (N S MARWAH) holder of SCB titanium card No*

    5546-2329-0811-6105,* kindly note that I have not used my card for several
    months now ,and suddenly one fine day a goon from your goodself bank
    (MR.Jitendra
    Mobile No.098713-96446)appears at my home trying to threaten my family and
    me and giving me a call stating that certain amount is due from my end
    without giving me any kind of details and without my receiving a detailed
    statement on the same .However,when I called him several times stating that
    there might be an error on the banks part as I have not used it for few
    months now but in vain and did not try to listen me and instead he told me
    that my card is blocked and put in CIBIL.Then after a few days later,I got a
    call from standard chartered bank call centre in gurgaon (number
    0124-4826115) where i stated the same thing but in vain and without any
    response .Simly harrassing me and threatening your customer for amount that
    I have not spend ,I am a low income group common poor man why I would try to
    cheat the bank and not pay up for the amount I have used if any but the fact
    that I have not used the card and I don’t owe any money on any account to
    standard chartered bank and hard reality is that standard chartered bank is
    just a commercial concern with its goons employed trying to rob and threaten
    poor people like me .



    Kindly let me know why my card should be blocked !!!

    Also ,Why it should be reported in CIBIL !!!

    Also,Why should your people try to threaten us !!!

    Also,in case it was your family how would you have felt!!!

    Aso,Why standard chartered bank has employed goons for dealing with people
    !!!

    Also,Kindly note that I do not owe any money to standard chartered bank on
    any account whatsoever!!!

    Dear Sir,

    - To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. If the Bank fails to provide you any help in that time frame then you can send your written complaint to the RBIs Banking Ombudsman division. The Bank's Head Office address is:

    Default Rent Case

    Respected Sir,
    Thsi application is in reference to the problems which we are suffering when we are leaving in our pg, as he is not allowing to leave our pg with our luggage. We had actually tried to adjust our rent of last 3 months with our security amount 10,000 which we had submitted when we entered the premises of this pg. But he instead of adjusting is actually trying to mentally harass us and is making us pay a fine of 5,000 otherwise he wont allow us to leave our pg. So thsi is our to move actuallt in different parts of India in search of job, so that we can actually start earning something as most of our pg mates have taken a bank loan of 7.5lakhs and then we have to pay our monthly EMI of around 18,000 . And in addition to this tension our landlord Mr. Ratnesh Aggarwal, his accountant(Mr. Singh), and their two maids Lakhan and Ajay are harrasing us mentally. And Mr.Ratnesh Agarwal has even threatened us as well as abused us verbally. Our address is :

    Default Fraud Case of Credit Card of HSBC..Please Help me

    Dear Sir,

    I am suffering with HSBC credit card, which has not been received by me, in 2007 after applying for the card, card was not delivered to me, after some time HSBC used to send dues messages on my mobile no. and I was getting phone calls from recovery agent.

    After following with HSBC customer care, I came to know that dues was due to TATA-AIG health Policy which was not applied by me or received by me. after investigations TATA-AIG cancelled the policy and returned back the ammount debited from said card to HSBC Bank.

    After that I had written mail to HSBC to cancelled my card, as I wasnot reiceved the same nor even used.

    Now after 2 years, HSBC recovery egent started doing phone calls and asking to clear all the dues (Rs. 12000), levied on same card, also HSBC has listed my name in cibil (Control No.-421119361), due to which my Hoam Loan got rejected by all Banks and now I am in financial trouble and social loss.

    I have written many mails to HSBC to provide evidence of receipt of credit card signed by me , which HSBC failed to provide.

    So please logg complaint against HSBC bank and make clear my name from cibil so that my hoam loan could be clear.

    Default Mental harrasment from hsbc to pay tata aig policy payment

    Dear sir/madam,


    I vikas jaiswal, had hsbc credit card and my card no.was 4476929992257573. there was a personal accidental tata aig policy on my credit card and then they offered me one more maharaksha policy.I told them that i can not bear two policies at a time so they said we will close old one and start new maharaksha policy. from next month installments of both policies showed on my credit card statement. Neither they closed old policy nor sent new policy papers to me. When i talked them about this they were not co-operating in closing policy.I contacted tata aig executives many times to close maharaksha policy but they didn't close it. I paid more then three installments. Also i talked to hsbc customer care executives regarding same. I asked them to stop paying tata aig from my credit card. I contacted many times to hsbc customer care executives to stop payment. you can also check my call records.But every month i received statement with policy installment i.e. Rs.172 (approx). I stopped paying my credit card bills.Now it is showing a huge amount of Rs11000(approx) .Also my name is showing in CIBIL this i came to know when i applied for loan. Kindly co operate me on this matter to close and provide me NOC.I cannot make such a huge amount. This is not my fault absolutely.kindly remove my name from cibil. Please respond asap.I don't know what to do.

    Hello Consumer Court Members,

    Another way to earn revenue :D, we suggest you to send a written notice to the CMD of HDFC via registered post ( Keep on copy with you ), mention all the details in it and ask them to cancel the policies as you were not aware of this and ask them to solve the issue within the mentioned time in the notice.

    Wait for their reply and revert us back, this is a very serious issue as if your name comes in the defaulter list then in future it may nearly impossible for you to avail any type of loan services from any bank, so we suggest you to solve this matter as early as possible.

    Case of Cheating to me (as customer) by Standard Chartered Bank :

    Standard Chartered Manhattan Platinum Card no. 4541 9823 3994 5757 ( Name - Ajay Rajesh Mishra)

    In the month of December 2009, the Sr. Marketing officer Mr. Ganesh of SC Bank approached me and offered a Card enhancement package (CEP) and Committed that CEP has got four advantages and one was the card holder would get 10-30% discount on Shopping and almost all major shops in Pune are covered in this scheme. The charges for CEP was Rs.4000.00 + Service Tax (Rs.412.00). The CEP was committed to dispatch within 3 weeks of the date of verification call is over.
    I opted the offer with the payment following terms :
    Rs.360.00 per month as EMI + Rs.412.00 (service tax) which was to be charged with 1st EMI.
    The verification call was over on 14th December,2009 and SC Bank executive committed to dispatch within 3 weeks i.e. before 4th January,2010.
    Due to technical problem with SC Bank, the CEP kit couldn’t be dispatched within scheduled time and there was no communication from them regarding the delay in dispatch. I started following up from last week of December,2009 but none of customer care executive could confirm about the dispatch of CEP(kit). When I approached to customer care, they promised me to revert back with in 5 working days but they never informed. On 30th Dec,09, over phone I contacted to Mr. Ganesh and Mr.Tushar senior officer of SC Bank regarding delay in dispatch of CEP and they didn’t have any information about the Dispatch of the CEP kit. During the telephonic conversation on 30th Dec,09 I requested to Mr. Tushar & Mr. Ganesh (Sr. Officer) of SC Bank that If you could dispatch CEP before 1st January,2010, then I would accept, otherwise may please cancel this CEP offer and need not to dispatch delayed. They accepted the request but didn’t send any written confirmation. Due to all above I had a very bad impression regarding services of SC Bank. During the January,2010 I sent many e-mails to Card service regarding the early dispatch of CEP package but none of them could be properly replied. In all replies they promised to revert back with 7 working days, but never communicated again.
    In the January month’s A/c statement, they debited the Rs.412.00 (service tax) and 1st EMI Rs.360.00 against CEP charges but till that time CEP was not dispatched from SC Bank and also there was no dispatch information from SC Bank.
    On 1st Feb,10 and 2nd Feb,10 (9.21 am), I once again sent email to card service and requested to cancel the CEP because of too much delay and not to dispatch the same in future (Copy of e-mail enclosed). In aforesaid e-mail I wrote that I would not accept this package so late and would not pay any money on account of CEP.
    Even though my request for cancellation, SC Bank dispatched the CEP kit which was received on 3rd Feb,2010 in the afternoon. After going through the Card enhancement package kit, I came to know false commitments made by SC BANK Executives which are highlighted below :
    1)The CEP was received more than one month delayed and date of commencement of package was mentioned December,2009 on the card and was received in February,2010. Since the package was of One year and two months was delayed by SC Bank but 100% CEP charges taken by SC Bank. This I notice a case of cheating to me.
    2)I found that None other that “Bambay stores” shop was covered in the package list. This was the proof of false commitment made by Sr. marketing office Mr. Ganesh who committed during offering this package that almost all major shops of Pune were covered in the list.

    Therefore the Delay dispatch of CEP kit and False commitments made by SC Bank officer was brought in the notice of Customer care officers but they didn’t pay proper attention. They didn’t take my complaint seriously and no corrective actions (Credit of amount debited against CEP) was taken by SC Bank.

    Because it was the mistake of SC Bank and therefore customer care officers were not ready to listen and accept their mistake. I had become fed up and frustrated during follow ups with customer care many a times. A lot of my precious time had been wasted and I suffered a lot of mental stress during above period.

    I returned the ECP to Standard Chartered Chennai office on 13th Feb,10 by AFL Courier which was received by Mr. Robert of SC Bank Chennai on 16th Feb,2010.

    In the month of February,2010, SC Bank sent statement of A/c and they debited the 2nd EMI Rs.360.00 and Rs.3365.80 unknown charges against return of ECP (Copy of statement of A/c enclosed). Also the previous EMI Rs.360.00 was carry forwarded with a late fee of Rs.100.00 & interest of Rs.30.89+Rs.17.24 (Copy of Statement enclosed). Rs. 412.00 the service tax forcefully which debited in to account didn’t revert but the same was deducted from January,10 Credit Card payment made to SC Bank (Copy of A/c statement)enclosed.

    More than one Month Delay in dispatch of the CEP kit was the mistake of SC Bank and they are not accepting it till date. As customer I had a right to reject the CEP offer when it was not dispatched in time (up to December,2010) ie. received more than one month delay?

    Why should I pay any charges against CEP when I rejected the same on account of delay and false commitments made by Sr. officer of SC bank????????

    Why should I accept the CEP on 3rd Feb.2010 (date of receipt of courier) when the package commence from December,2009 (the date mentioned on the dining plus card of CEP kit)??????????

    I noticed that following amount had been debited in to my account till the 25th February ,2010 A/c statement :
    Rs.412.00 + Rs.862.57+Rs.3365.80 = Rs. 4640.37

    Where as the cost of this package was Rs.4000.00 +Rs.412.00 = Rs.4412.00

    This is a clear cut case of Cheating me by SC Bank and when I had highlighted their mistake, they are not ready to accept the same.

    I wrote an e-mail on 3rd March,2010 to Head Customer service of SC Bank (Copy of e-mail enclosed) in which I had been highlighted all above facts and imposed a penalty of Rs.5000.00 to SC Bank for wasting my precious time (Due to delay I wasted my precious time in follow up many a times but SC Bank officers never answered properly), false commitments, my mental torture due to all above unethical activities of SC Bank and deliberately making false debits in my statement of A/c. Now this is absolutely clear that SC Bank has intention of cheating the customers and I am one of the victim.

    I lodged a complaint to Customer care on 3rd March,2010 against false & unjustified debit of Rs.4640.37 in to my account (Complaint no.577412/CO1) and another complaint on 4th March,2010 against false commitments made by Sr. marketing officer Mr. Ganesh of SC Bank (Complaint no. PL01/03/10/531493/301). None of the complaints have been answered till date.

    Now I had been decided to hold all the credit card bill payment till above cheating issue created by SC Bank is not resolved. For any delay in credit card payment shall be the responsibility of SC Bank and I shall not pay any interest/penalty on such delay payments.

    Case of Cheating to me (as customer) by Standard Chartered Bank :

    Angry Hsbc card-Hsbc Gundas torturing my parents and other members in my family

    Dear Sir/Mam

    This is to inform you that iam holding one credit card from HSBC Bank, 4384 5999 1225 5212 and currently i couldnt pay my dues to non-employment and i have told that i will settle the bank after few months but the HSBC Bank is sending their gundas to torture my family it results to Mental torture, affecting the modesty of my family. The gundas Names and contact Nos are Kandaswamy/Arun 9003157839, Kartik 9884125541,9940014994 which may leads to take a wrong decision about my life. Please take necessary steps to stop sending the bank agents to our home.
    In regard to the above i had filed a suit against the Hsbc , the case no is 100826. please help me to reslove the issue otherwise i have to take a wrong deceision about my life.

    m ajinkya.m 18 years old,m doing engineering.one girl force me 2 be wit her..otherwise she will go at police station n complaint about me.n she is telling that i will tell anything (wrong) about u der.
    n she touture me daily.n she is telling that m dad is in CID so ...
    m v v disturb...i cant concentrate on my studies..pls help me..what can i do...?
    m taking action becoz its not gud for her becoz she is girl...n we knw how our culture is...!
    pls help me
