dear sir i placed an order no 80763 on 19 aug 09 at nbcindia an online book store for a medical textbook. they have not delivered nr do they answer phone or email. numerous calls everyday no response.status showing pending on their website. original promise of deliery 7 days.one is helpless and very angry.is there any way to lodge complaint and ensur police action in order to save future customers money.
