    Default Complaint against India Plaza site

    Hi,

    I have the following complaint against India Plaza.

    On 21st January I ordered a flower vase and flowers with chocolates from
    their Flower Vases section of the site udner Flowers.

    Order number: 210120090376
    Order Delivery Date: 28 Jan 2009
    Product name: Wonderful Day
    Price: Rs 985 (Rs 950 + delivery charges)

    The website classifies flowers into various sections and catergories based
    on whether it is delivered in a basket, a vase or as a bunch or a hamper. I
    specifically ordered from the vase section as the delivery was being made to
    my husband's office where any other type of arrangement would not work.

    On the 28th, the order was delivered : a bunch of flowers with no
    chocolates.
    On calling and emailing customer care at India Plaza I was informed the
    chocolates would be delivered and the error was on their part. The delivery
    time is now over and no chocolates have been sent.
    About the vases, the site now claims that they never mentioned the word vase
    in the description and therefore no vase is being sent. However, I have
    screenshots clearly showing the arrangement ordered is from the vases sub
    section.

    I would like to know how to take this up further as their argument is weak
    and their product placement on the site misleading. By the same logic, they
    may deliver fake flowers since they do not say FRESH flowers under each item
    of the flowers section. By placing it in the vases section and pricing it
    much higher than the other bunches I have been overcharged, misled and now
    poorly dealt with besides having my husband's bday surprise ruined with a
    bunch of flowers he had to quickly stick into his briefcase for lack of
    anywhere to put them. I am currently confined to bed rest and had turned to
    India Plaza to help make the day special, but it has instead ruined it for
    me.

    This is the second such experience with the site. In 2004 I had ordered red
    roses in a vase, an item still present on their site. Instead they sent a
    bouqet of mixed flowers with no vase.

    Request your help in doing something about this,

    Default Item not yet shipped even after many queries

    I ordered Induction cooker, order no. I02041200621, online on 2nd April, 2012. The itme was supposed to be shipped on 7th but still it is not shipped. Indiaplaza acknowledgement email as follws:

    Your message under "Welcome to Indiaplaza Customer support" says the following for the last two days: "Your item has been shipped on through our partner vide . You can track the shipment at " It doesn't mention consignment details or tracking details. Under "processed order" it says "Ready to ship" for the last two days. If it is ready to ship, then why it is not yet shipped?

    I am checking the status online under "My Account" but the status shows "Ready to Ship" since I raised the first query. I have not yet received any email or sms as they claim they will send.

    we got the above product by courrier service. my order no is I14051200063 .my product was broken in side.i tried hard to contect but there is no number existing.if i will not got any responce from you i will go to consumer forem.why you are not receiving my phone?
