    Dear Sir ,

    I Vivek Arora resident of Amritsar city. I am a business partner with the
    company ONESTOPSHOP which is dealing in railways reservation , Air tickets
    , Hotel Booking , Mobile Recharge etc. you can check all that on the website


    At the time of signing agreement for the business partner they told us that
    every publicity material will be send by us to u , one advertising board
    also send to you according to your ofice location, A railway reservation
    licence will be provivede to you for inconvinence within 15 days and else
    discussion you will see in this mail.Which i forward to all related persons
    a lot of the time but no one revert me geniunely.

    I have sent the same main with the reminders 3 times and today i have sent
    the same again with the reminder 4.

    So please help me to solve the problem coz i never get any services from the
    company after depositing the money for the Business Partnership.

    Angry false comitment from onestopshop all sr staff

    to whom so ever it may concern;

    I shabhashankar mishra filled application form for business partnership with the company on 8 feb 2009 by there sales executive Mr Ganesh who is now working as a manager at dadar branch.

    Nearby one year past still I am waiting for my irctc licence from the company which is still in the air by all the seniour staff of the company such as Mr Anil & so many.........

    For this I called by phone on there customercare number so many times as well as by so many e-mail reminders after all this personally meeting also with the concern officers.

    Kindly look into matter & advice me what action I can take for this careless job.

    Hello,

    I became a business partner with Onestopshop which deals with ticket booking - air/flight/bus, mobile recharge, bill payments, etc....

    First false promise:

    I was promised that I would be given a display board within 15 days but when enquiry about this to the customer support, I was asked to contact the channel partner. When I asked about this to the Channel partner, they informed that they would inform this to onestopshop main office and only they have to provide the display board. It was more than 6 months, still I haven't received any display board.

    Second false promise:
    During registration, I was promised by the executive that I would get the done card with various denominations for about Rs. 10,000 but later they said they have stopped the done card and we would get the cash cards, but there is no further information regarding this.


    Third one:
    Till now, I haven't received the irctc certificate as a registered agent.

    Fourth one:
    Earlier we can do mobile recharge via the website donecard.com . Now it was changed to mobileseva.in, which is the horrible service on the website. We will not be able to recharge for most of the mobiles and even if few denominations are displayed on the site, it is not working properly. As a registered business partner, I am frustrated to use this mobileseva.in website.

    Fifth one:
    Bill payments is the other worst process they have changed now. Earlier, bill payment was done only for the actual bill amount but not they include an extra charge of Rs. 5 for each bill payment. For example, they are collecting Rs. 5 for a bill amount of Rs. 100 and the commission paid for Rs. 100 would be Rs. 2. So nothing profit for the customers or as a business partner. There are many other ways to pay the bill online for free of charge, so why should we pay the extra amount.

    Sixth one:
    Regarding bus ticket booking - busticketonline.in - this site gets the information from redbus.in. But when comparied to the bus fare, I have noticed that the bus fare shown in their website is inclusive of the agents commission. I have already informed about this to the channel partner and the customer support. There is no response from customer support but got an email from channel partner that they would look into this matter, but still nothing is changed. No only the bus fare is comparitively high but also the service charge at the time to booking is too high. For example, when a bus is booked on busticketonline.in , if the fare is Rs. 500, it would show a discount of Rs. 50 for the business partners and then the service charge would be around Rs. 20-25. However, if the same bus is booked via redbus.in, the actual charge would be Rs. 450 and the service charge would be Rs. 5.

    Seventh One:
    The main drawback with them is we do not have any online option to deposit money to us account. Either we have to deposit to onestopshop bank account via direct deposit or bank transfer, then we have to wait for them to credit to our account. Also they do not work during weekend and late evening. So even if we have money in our bank account and transfer it to their account, we have to wait for next working day for them to credit to our onestopshop account.

    The other option is we have to get a credit limit from the channel partner, which is not approved sometimes in case of urgencies. However, I think, even they should be facing many difficulties with onestopshop people.

    I think all the business partners would be facing similar issue.
    Please anyone look into this matter and solve this issue as soon as possible.

    hello sir, this is to inform you that i am Pranay Kumar Parharya Business partner of OSS my BP code is BP00059634, i have recharged airtel mob. by mobileseva.in of Rs 50/- but customer not get any balance, according to mobileseva.in airtel flexi recharge of Rs 50/- the talktime is Rs 43.33, but it was second time when customer not get any balance both time i have lost my Rs 100/-, who will responsible for this. i dont have earn Rs 100/- till date but lost Rs 100 in two transaction. the details of that two transaction is as follows:
    1) request No. MR610580 Mob. No. 9981591802
    2) request No. MR628746 Mob. No. 8085804246

    Plz refund my A/c Balance otherwise i will take serious action. hamne kitni bar mobileseva par shikayat kari lekin us complaint ka uttar abhi tak prapt nahi hua.

    Dear All,

    I suggest you peoples to not to join One Stop Shop at any cost because they was committed something else on the time of the joining and after that they will change everything. Even they have not sure about their own services at the time .

    I was embarresed to join the one stop shop as a business partner.Because i join it on 5 feb, 2009 . After that i had just recieve a single Software Cd nothing else.After a long discussiond on the mail and on the telephone calls i got a pen drive in the month of Feb,2010 but till now not got the User id & the password again.

    First they told and mentioned in their website that join onestopshop for the no transaction charges . After that they charge payment gateway charge rs.5 on per transaction and now the flat 1% charge on the total amount paid by the software.

    So why they asking the amount of Rs. 10000/ for the software on the beginning if they will also charge the 1% on the total amount paid.

    I also dont got my IRCTC Certificate and the Login Id from the same till now from a full year.

    So i suggest you all to not join it………………



    So i request to consumercourt department please resolve the issue coz we wanna our money back now...............

    Sir,
    My name is Harish Kumar. I booked a ticket for 25 Apr 10 from your travel agent Raphael Xavier Xavier on 03 Mar 10 at Kochi. thereafter I got it cancelled by indigo customer care on 20 Apr 10. My PNR was A33DDI. The amount which was refunded was INR 3328. My refund was made to Chawala street, Malad (W), Mumbai. Today 24 days have passed and I have not recieved my refund.     Nearby half month past still I am waiting for my irctc licence from the company which is still in the air by all the seniour staff of the company such as Mr bharatwala & so many.........

    For this I called by phone on there customercare number so many times as well as by so many e-mail reminders after all this personally meeting also with the concern officers.

    One stop shop company is totaly a froud company who is cheating with there business partner , Before the time of agreement his company sales executive doing a commitment that his company give him lot of profit and serviec or no any charges is taken by his company in the future. After the agreement when the payment is made by the customer or deposisted the account of company after that company is forgetting all his agreement and committment who is promissing with there business partner.

    sir first of all i would like to say that oss managment team is not froud ,The main Froud of this company
    is PATNA officially MR.MANISH KUMAR has always cheated the coustmer HE
    never tell true
    HE IS MOST FROUD PERSON OF OSS RETAILS PVT.LTD.
    lots of time i have call him about our problem but he never listen me.He never picked our call always cut my call
    He has no more knowledge about product and services .
    If company want their reputation in bihar so he should avoide these bad person from their managment.
    He never respect to any coustmer during officially visit. i am old cousmer of oss and i am not happy with their behaveiour.
    we should avoide oss if still it will happening,

    I have no number of SHUBHAS SIR IF ANY BODY HAVE THEN KINDLY REPLY I WILL TALK TO HIM PROPERLY ABOUT THIS MATTER.
    COMPANY SHOULD TERMINATED ALL CHEATER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHER WISE ALL BP WILL THINK U AS S BIGEST CHEATER IN INDIA.

    Post Fraud Partner Services

    It is a warning to all users to stop registering on onestopshop.in partner services.
    They have been earning lot of money by faking partner service, since they don't have the professionalism to manage such kind of services.
    Anyone who still wants to register for their service should be responsible for his own feedback.

    But as a humble and safety concerning suggestion from me is to stop using their services.
