Simply one thing I want to tell you all guys before I tell my problem.
JUST NEVER NEVER USE....... IndiaTimes shopping portal for any e-shopping, first time they will send you the correct items only and afterwards If you ordered again with the same id then they will not send you all the item(s) what you have selected in cart, and some times damaged one, and even without any items(don't surprise). So I suggest,its better to avoid online shopping all the time. By doing such things they are loosing their credibility in the market, they just want to get some income in somehow by just simply offering 50 % discount, 60% discount, 70% discount even. Guys just please think on it, how come they offer 60%-70% discounts on MRP, - Answer: Damaged items, Poor quality, Improper shipping .... etc etc....!!!
One interesting thing, They provided a customer care email id customerservice@indiatimes.co.in which always bounce.
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.

And a different story for these Customer care numbers 9876848888 and 9998308888, no one will respond you even after 30 min, they keep tell "Please hold, one of our executive will attend you shortly" I dont know what is SHORT for them ... may be days or months....

This is with reference to Order # 111791438, sub order # 2251360, which I have ordered for Six items
[Sauna Belt + Pain Relief Heat Pad + Facial Sauna + Yoko Height Increaser + Water Purifier + Electricity Saver & Line Tester] on 13-Aug-2009, and I received only Yoko Height Increaser and Facial Sauna thats all...!!
I request concern dept should look into the matter, and do the needful.
