    Update: June 11, 2012

    I got my money back, after contacting ccavenues. Seems like after I contacted them directly, yebhi.com also got operational since they'd been putting deaf ears to my complain till that time. CCAvenues kept me in mail while asking citibank people to do the necessary refund and I got the money back within 5 days of refund process.

    My thanks to CCAvenues executive and citibank people for being cooperative.

    Hi,

    I placed an order at Yebhi.com on May 20th, 2012. The order ID was YBH1676731. I made 3 attempts to pay the amount for this order and could successfully proceed with the payment on my third attempt. However, I got an error page as soon as I submitted the transaction, but I got the notification that the amount of Rs.1709.91/- was debited from my bank account, which was the price of the purchase I made.

    However, on asking Yebhi.com, they said they didn't receive the amount and cancelled my order without even referring to me. I logged a ticket with them on the same day, and they kept on closing it everyday WITHOUT even referring to me, everytime saying that they didn't receive the amount. I talked to my bank (Citibank), about this transaction and they said that the transaction was successful from their side, and they even have the trace number as well as the payment voucher number that they received from the merchant side.

    I provided all the valid proofs to both Yebhi.com correspondent (Mr. Manoj Kumar Yadav) and CCAvenues executive (Miss Tina Choudhary) -
    • My bank's statement about the debit,
    • The trace number that bank provided to me,
    • as well as the payment voucher number for the transaction.


    The payment voucher number for this transaction is 5602293913391205


    Transaction's trace number: 417292

    Yet it has been more than 10 days now, and I've received no proper reply from them. They are ignoring my mails and not refunding my money back even after saying that they'd credit the money back, which is really frustrating and annoying.

    I've shopped loads of time from Yebhi.,com and other online shopping websites before but never faced such shocking and bad experience with any. This was the first time they are ignoring my complaint and not refunding my money back which was properly debited from my account for the transaction.

    I'd request you to please help me regarding this issue and what can be done in this. My bank says it can not revert back the transaction to my account as the merchant has already accepted the money. Yet both yebhi and ccavanues are not refunding my money back for reasons I seriously can not fathom, even after they said that they'd credit the money back to my account.

    I've attached the snapshot of my bank's statement about the purchase for your reference, as well as have mentioned the payment voucher number and trace number of the same transaction above.

    I purchased some products from timtara.com on 15-03-2012 by doing payment through ccavenue gateway.
    Details are given below
    order no. 10215800 Samsung Galaxy y S5360 Rs 6240
    order no. 10215802 philips QT4019 Trimmer Rs 929
    order no. 10215804 Samsung Galaxy y duos S6102 Rs 7677
    I placed the order on March 15, 2012 but I did not get any kind of dispatch information till April 15,2012. Then I started contacting them, but they kept on postponing the dispatch date. At last, i cancelled
    the order and asked for refund. But those people were not even ready to refund the money. I mailed them several times and I called them also, but of no use. At last, I warned them of police complaint.
    Then they refund the amount of order no. 10215804 but rest of the amount is still pending. Its going to be 3 months now, and my amount is still pending and everytime I call them they keep on saying that
    they would refund that in next week. But everytime, they dont.
