    Angry Complaint against Nokia.indiatimes.com for NO product delivery

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have ordered (8000025823)
    - Nokia Asha 200 (Aqua) on
    through nokia website. This nokia website automatically redirect me to indiatimes shopping website and I placed the order for the same product on
    22-May-2012.
    But still now, the product is not delivered to me. And before placing order I asked & confirmed time duration for product delivery to my area & they reply 4 days but they are not up-to on their commitment whenever i contact them they are replying the same story like, will shipped the product within 48-72 hr but still they haven't shipped my
    mobile & hence i request you to take strict action against them.

    Angry Inditimes Shopping Order number - 3001113234

    Hi ,

    I cancelled my order 12 days ago due no nondelivery inspite of meeting all the formalities mentioned by cust. Service

    I think i made a huge mistake by buying something on indiatimes. My money is stuck and I dont even have the product. RIDICULOUS and LOUSY.
    You guys have ridiculous service and a godforsaken customer service line that can t even converse in plain English.. I would like you guys to refund the money or I will have to approach the media and take this matter to court as i have all the proof.
    Requesting you to refund the money back to me in 48 hours.
    I even spoke to Amit Tyagi - Senior Floor Supervisor 4 days ago. I was told that my order will be cancelled in 24 to 48 hrs and the money ( 17057 Rs) refunded by the end of the week to my citi card ending with 4994.

    I spoke to customer service today and was told my order is still not cancelled after waiting for 4 days since monday. They have asked me to wait till monday now.

    Angry Lost all my messages (3600+ messages)

    I am forwarding messages to my friends and the will get error message for "Kernal" something. I press Ok(because there only single option). My phone is hanged. I have wait for 5min and then Restart my phone.
    When i open Inbox. I saw all messages(3600+) are delete from my phone. I lost my imp message.

    What should i do to get back the messages ?
    Some messages are very important for me.

    Greetings,

    I have ordered Nokia X1-01 (Red) on 25th July with the intention to gift the cell phone on Rakshabandhan to my elder Sister. I placed order early morning and immediately called Customer Support to cancel the order because I was worried that I wouldn’t get the product on time but Support Representative assured me that I would get the phone before Rakshabandhan therefore I dropped idea to cancel the order. This has proven the decision of suffer for me. I didn’t get any Email or SMS regarding the purchase (I paid via Internet Banking). I called after 3 day for the Order Status for but missing the Order Number, Customer Support denied to help me. I didn’t get the product on Rakshabandhan, I somehow managed to get the Order Number and called the representative for the Order Status again he assure me that I’ll get the product today. I talked to various representatives even with the Supervisor Govind but he was the worst person on support side.

    Rakshabandhan past, after two day I was in the shop to buy the phone Courier Boy called me for the phone I rush to my house and called him again he told me that “I’ll not come your home” and disconnected my phone and later switched off his phone. At the end, I called the support to cancel the order they suggested to refuse the deliver. I did the same but so far I didn’t get any confirmation.
    I’ve also registered the complaint at Nokia Support by no valid response so far they are just driving the formalities.

    My Order Number is: 8000036958 and Case id: 22943.

    I was going to buy the phone from Flipkart.com but I thought I would get more great experience from Nokia but I was terribly wrong.

    Nokia Indiatimes is totally ridiculous and verse company I’ve ever dealt.

    My nokia JOB sheet no: 147433527/121224/37.I bought Nokia N8 on 25/12/2010 It,s IMEI NO is 355361046521537 before some days create a problem in this,it,s automaticaly restart again & again so i summit my phone dated 24 dec-12 at Nokia care named Star Communication,dilshad garden delhi 95 there responsible person check it & say to me that it,s mostly ok only a minor problem we send it to company & after few days we return your phone in ok condition.But now i visit there many time but they not provide me my phone & too say also that my phone is warranty ward.
    So please i requested to you please provide me my phone in ok condtion other wise i go consumer court & claim it.
    And say also to my friend on facebook ,that service is not good.
