Timrata did not reply any thing about my product.Is there any way to get my product.I had ordered a laptop of Rs 30,000/- and the full amount is paid .My order date is 12th April,but after 45 day they are not suppose to send my product.I want ro make a complain against them?Please help me.

I was place an order of sony cybershot HX100v from Timtara.com on 12th May, 2012 in the condition that they delivered the product within 8-10 days and made final payment worth Rs.18450/- and still I was not receive any kind of product nor response from their side, the call center number was not working and when they attend the call and immediate put down the call when I was asking about my undelivered product, i was call their call center to cancel my order but still no response and sending them so many mail, but only computer generate mail were came in response but they cann't response

I ordered for Seagate Backup Plus 1TB Hard Drive on 15th dec,2012. My Order #10371052 .I called many times to the customer care, I did not get satisfying response any time. I did not get reply to any emails I sent to Timatara. At last, I told them to cancel the order. The order does not cancel till date; neither had I got my amount refunded back. Please help me in this regard.
