Hello Sir,

On 13th May, 2012 on Flipkart.com for a 8GB Pen drive with order no. - ​OD2051300767. But despite of several follow-ups they are unable to confirm the actual date of delivery shipment. On each reply they just mention that the same has been shipped on 15th May, 2012. And, in addition, they ask to wait for one business day & the same will be resolved. But even 5 working days has been passed but nothing happened. I made the follow-up on almost every day through e-mail as well as through phone.

I had similar kind of problem in April-12. They use to ship the consignment through AFL couriers & AFL courier local agency asked me to come & collect the consignment from their office. Which is not possible for me to collect in office hours, as I have to take leave.

I requested Flipkart to take corrective action on it and not to ship all the future order by AFL couriers.
But, despite of assurance it happened & the shipment is lying in Courier agency office since 21st May. It has been confirmed by agency, as they asked me to come & collect.

I have passed the information to Flipkart on the same day (21st May) but Flipkart is only making assurance that the same will be delivered in 1 business day but nothing happened.

Therefore, It's my sincere request to take necessary action to Fiplkart for all these hassles.
