    Question Complaint against indiatimes shopping

    I ordered an air sofa as per indiatimes advertisement on 15th august and recieved it on 24th august.But as per advertisement and contents on kit,i didnot recieve turbo pump,nozzles,instruction manual etc.I wrote a complaint and i recieved only autogenerated mail.Then i wrote a mail to Karn singh as per escalation method.He also replied saying that he will solve it in 24hrs.But its almost 8 days now,no reply from him now also.Can anyone of staff of indiatimes shopping imagine using Air Sofa product without turbo pump.Its two weeks and more since i registered complaint.There is no contact number to call them also.
    Is INdiatimes shopping a fake,criminal department.My case id with Indiatimes shopping is-34226.
    I doubt whether person called Karn Singh exists with indiatimes shopping or not?
    Please help me to resolve this issue

    Default Victim of Vodafone system Failure

    Dear Sir,

    This is Umesh Pandey i'm a existing customer of Vodaforne holding 199 Corporate plan on 9920193444.

    I made a requset for 10 paise SMS plan in feb.

    At that time i called Customer care executives they said it will be activated from next Month (March), But i was charged for that in Feb month bill.



    And on 31 of march i recieved a message syaing SMS plan will be deactivated from 31 march, when i called Customer care they say it got activated by mistake and you will not get any benefit of that plan neither befor 31 or after 31 Since i'm not applicable for that my question is that when i'm not applicable then this plan got Activated without any prior intimation and on Vodafones systen Failure why should i PAY...



    I was under impression i'm under 10 paise SMS plan before 31 st March i sent more than 500 sms now they say Charges will be 50 paise per SMS.

    Angry Indiatime Shooping is a cheat and not reliable way to shop

    Hi,

    I have placed and order # 112348728 on May 10, 2010 and choose preferred delivery date May 12, 2010. Till May 13, 2010 no order has been shipped. Then on May 13, 2010 I did complaint for the same and preferred to cancel the order and I got a cancellation #260797 as well and has been confirmed that money will refund within max 6 days. After 6 days on May 19, 2010 I checked the online status of my order and it is showing me shipped even no order has been received by me. Then I called upon customer care again, then the person (Mr. Vivek) told me that due to some technical issues I am not able to see your shipping details, so please call me after 30 minutes, so that I can be able to tell you the exact status of your order. My concern is, if their system is not working correctly then how can they put status as shipped on May 17, 2010? Secondly, when I tried to log a complaint through the customer care email ID (customerservice@indiatimes.co.in) provided by Indiatimes , the mail has not been send as well. It seems everything is cheat on Shopping Indiatimes.com. I want to know if anything can happens possitively in my case.

    I was order mobile on advertisement as enclosed, order number is 112360134, but received handset was not having features as mentioned in adverisement, physical look also diiferent than shwon in enclosed adverisement.

    So, I was registered compliant to get replacement , reference complaint number is 282999.

    It was advised me to pack the peice & handover to TNT Courier for replacement, I did as per suggestion, but on yesteday I received replacement of same Mobile hand set which supplied previously.

    This is very serious, I am fed up with your service, hence refund my money, otherwise send us proper handset, if it is does happend then, I decided to go in cosumer court, also publish the way Indiatime cheating to customer, in same new paper, in which you are doing adaverisement.

    We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of INDIATIMES SHOPPING, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the replacement/ refund within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Angry Cheating India time shopping

    My cousin ordered a Blacberry Torch for Rs. 8k+ on case on delivery.The time we open the kit it was a worse mobile which ever seen.The screen was shaky like anything and can't even switch on the mobile.
    Same day I reaised the complaint @9900238888, the customer care replied me that they will sent a guy for replacement but no one came after being waited for more than a month.Really sick of calling them for this.Now my mobile call charge is more than the item charge.It takes 2 months for us to work to get 8k to buy a mobile.But all the expectation that I have with IndiaTimes has gone.

    In every compliants for order number 113504848 and they give different courrier numbers to confirm to pick the items and non of the numbers were active.

    Even today when I call up they gave me AFL courrier number 080-42153341 by Mr.Ompieet from Indiatimes customer care and even the number was in-active.
    I repetedly ask Mr.Ompieet to transfer my call to Manager but he was not willing to transfer my call.
    How could they chet the inocent people in this way ?.I am not sure how much money they have flick from the inocent people by advertising in news paper.
    Now Rs.8000 has eaten up by IndiaTimes shopping.

    Can anyone sugest me how make a complaint beyound this level ?.Now I fell that I would be happy if this online clossed forever.

    FRIEDS : DON'T EVER AND NEVER SEE THE ADVERTISMENT OR HAVE A THOUGHT OF CALLING THEM TO ENQUIRE ABOUT ANY PRODUCTS.

    Default Indiatimes Shooping denied escalation

    Hi, I called on 30 May and talked to Abhijeet, after talking to him for about 7 mins I asked for a supervisor but he denied the escalation even after repeatedly asking for a supervisor for over 15 mins and then he hung up the call. I had placed an order on 22nd and the shipment was supposed to be with in 5-6 working dyas but even on 30th the product has not been shipped, if this is the kind of service then I do not think India times do not deserve my business and I believe they ought to do better.

    The email I wrote:
    Hi,

    I called up today and talked to Mr. Abijeet, after talking to him for about 7 mins I asked for a supervisor but I was constantly denied the same for over 15 mins. and he kept on saying I do not have a valid reason to talk to a supervisor, he was happy in cancelling my order then transferring the call to supervisor. As a customer it is my right to talk to a supervisor and if I get an answer that you do not have a valid reason to talk to a supervisor then I believe Indiatimes shopping is not the store I want to do business and I am sure I will have at least 10- 20 families I can influence not to do shopping on Indiatimes. I had ordered a funbook order no. 3001140570, last time I wrote to the customer support the reply was after 2-3 days, I will not wait for that long, I need a callback tomorrow which is 31 May and if you cannot call or get the call escalation to a supervisor as declined to me today then i believe Indiatimes does not deserve my business, I am not sure how Indian company will take this but organizations in US, Canada, Australia, France, Singapore and many other developed countries will take it seriously.

    As per the site the Shipping was to be done on


    Waiting for your call tomorrow ie; 31/May/2012 if you cannot then I would rather never do business with you again and take my business to some other eCommerce site, your decision.

    I have place an order to by Samsung galaxy tab2 p3100 from shopping.indiatimes.com on 26/09/2012 and the expected date of delivery of product is 6/10/2012 and their shipping date was 3/10/2012 and on that day site was not uploaded then I called to customer care they said if not done on that day I should lodge complaint for the same on 4/10/2012. And I do the same they said me that they will call within 48 hrs but as per their answer they called me and I didn't pick up the call. I said you can contact me on the number and I gave numbers on 6/10/2012 but till the date there is no single call from their side. There is one promotion offer is running on samsung official website for free bluetooth and last date is 10/10/2012.But because of Non delivery of the product I think I will miss it if any one there who can help me out.

    I had ordered for Sony Experia P from Indiatimes.com on 29th September 2012. I got a mail from Indiatimes team saying my order is confirmed and will recieve the order on or before 9th October 2012. I have not recieved my product yet. On continuously calling them they said the the product is shipped and you will recieve the product on 11th. I still didn't recieve my product. I called them again today asking the status and exact date the product will be delivered, the guy on the phone said "by looking at my system and your details the product will be delivered to you on or before 27th October 2012". This is highly unprofessional from Indiatimes.

    Whoever is interested in buying anything from Indiatimes.com please be warned that you will loose your peace of mind There are other good sites which has better customer care and better service than Indiatimes.

    Received the Item: 12th Sep 2012, Case creation Date: 18th Sept 2012. I have called customer care, they told will resolve issue in 2 weeks. after that I have sent many email , some times some body will replay telling, he is attending the case today, but after that not response; same thing is repeating from 2.5 months. what I have to do. below are the complained details.
