At the time of booking I was informed by TIMTARA that your order will be delivered within 03-04 working days. I have made several complaints to customer care but whenever I made a complaint, I have been given a new complaint number - it seems they don't follow-up on previous complaint. Current complaint number # 30550

Today i canceled my order and now i am waiting for my refund.

Need your assistance to short this out please....

I have placed an order on timtara.com on 28th March 2012.Timtara was not able to deliver the product and after continuous follow-ups timtara cancelled order on 4th April 2012. Till now Timtara has not refunded my money. I have called and emailed timtara customer care many times but they are not refunding amount.
