I have ordered blackberry tour 9630 from naaptol online purchase as of their customized procedure on 6 feb 2012 order no. 3391216. I received delivery on 10 feb 2012. But when I opened box I found it scratched on its back anyhow I ignored this but after two months I found that my phone is getting switched off on regular intervals then I went to nearest blackberry service station they told me this is not authenticated blackberry so we cannot repair it. I have tried to contact naaptol on phone I didn't got any reply from them. Now please suggest me what to do. For convenience I must clear my points to naaptol
1. I suppose I have been cheated on the name of online shopping and blackberry product which is not for sale in india (since it starts with varizon wireless logo) and sold after unlocking and it is not purposeful with gsm network as on back cover of product clearly written 3g cdma qualcomm. Why?
2. This product is clearly not working with internet and other data services provided in india.
3. The foremost I have wasted my 3 months by using such worthless product, I invested my money and wasted my time on this product rectification which can't be justified by sending any apology mails.
Simply to get proper solution, I will go for higher authorities of naaptol, blackberry, consumer forums and judicial system if it is not solved in appropriate way
