    i purchased a lg mobile phone from naaptol.com online. A mumbai based company. They sent that product on 4th april 2012. When i unpacked the box. So i see mobile phone is used because there is some scratches on mobile screen. And other thing is all mobile accessories are not of that mobile. Because its charger and its earphone not work with that mobile. Even they not sent me software cd. And i ordered lg fathom vs750 mobile or they sent lg kp500 user manual. So i contact customer care for that so 2 or 3 days. They just say we registered a complaint and our executive will contact u but no call come from there side. Then on 9th april 2012. I again call them and then they told me that ok sir we give u a blue dart courier no u go there and sent us ur product. So we will refund u r money. So i do that as they told me on 10th april its reached mumbai on there center.they received. That product but they told me that they don't get any product and told me to send a scan copy where it shows who recieved the product and when. So i sent them a scan copy by email. Then after 5 day later they told me when i call them. Yes sir we received ur order. Now wait for few days we will send u r money by cheque. So i wait so long but no reply come from there side than i call them so on 29th april they told me that they sent a new product to me. So i told them when i ask for money so why they send a product so they are not give any answer. They just repeat a nonsense thing sir our executive is call u back with in 48 working hrs. But never any one call me. So i ask them if they sent a product so they give me awb no from which courier company they sent. So which no they give me its not track. Few days after it track and its showing that product is sent to sabalpur so i call the customer executive so they told me don't worry sir courier company by mistake update it. So i call them yesterday (7-5-2012) for my product because from 29th april to 7th may its so long time to reached product from mumbai to delhi so they told me sir its delivered at sabalpur and we don't do any thing i give them right address and they repeat address so many time to verify or before. They also sent a product on my address. So how its possible sir company just want to make me fool and not in a mood to return my money. Not i am not understand what i do. Please help me to solve this problem.

    Default Blackberry 9630 tour purchsed from Naaptol

    Dear sir,
    I have ordered blackberry tour 9630 from naaptol online purchase as of their customized procedure on 6 feb 2012 order no. 3391216. I received delivery on 10 feb 2012. But when I opened box I found it scratched on its back anyhow I ignored this but after two months I found that my phone is getting switched off on regular intervals then I went to nearest blackberry service station they told me this is not authenticated blackberry so we cannot repair it. I have tried to contact naaptol on phone I didn't got any reply from them. Now please suggest me what to do. For convenience I must clear my points to naaptol
    1. I suppose I have been cheated on the name of online shopping and blackberry product which is not for sale in india (since it starts with varizon wireless logo) and sold after unlocking and it is not purposeful with gsm network as on back cover of product clearly written 3g cdma qualcomm. Why?
    2. This product is clearly not working with internet and other data services provided in india.
    3. The foremost I have wasted my 3 months by using such worthless product, I invested my money and wasted my time on this product rectification which can't be justified by sending any apology mails.
    Simply to get proper solution, I will go for higher authorities of naaptol, blackberry, consumer forums and judicial system if it is not solved in appropriate way

    I bought a HTC EVO 4G CDMA Mobile from Naaptol.com online and that was not working properly so i complaint to naaptol. they told me that please send it on our office address and you will get a new mobile or refund whatever you want. i sent that mobile to naaptol.
    after few days i called to naaptol customer care and the told me please send POD and after received POD you will get your refund within 21 days.
    still i am calling to them and they always says that we don't have any record about your refund i am sending your refund request please wait, you will inordinately give you refund. they also accept that we got your POD on 19th June, 2012.
    Please help me to receive my refund from naaptol.

    Naaptol refund policies are as following

    For Online Refunds
    • In case the payment mode of the refunded order is Online (Credit Card/Net Banking) the amount will be refunded to the customer Card Account.
    • Refund will be done within 2 working days from the date of request of refund.
    • For online refund the transaction might take 3-5 working days to reflect into your account.
    For Offline Refunds
    • In case the payment mode of the refunded order is offline (COD/Cheque/DD/any other offline payment mode) the mode of refund will be through Cheque.
    • Refund will be done within 2 working days from the date of request of refund.
    • Refund cheques will be sent to the billing address of the refunded order.

    Angry Icom Enterprises ( Computer Dealer ) Selling Above MRP / Giving bill without VAT TIN No /

    Dear Sir/ Madam ,
    I had purchased one Sony Vaio Laptop ( VPCEH35EN/W/B ) on 24-06-2012 from ICOM ENTERPRISES VIRAR ( WEST ) MUMBAI , Shop Owner Name :- Vivek @ 32,200/- by giving payment in cash , but the next day i.e on 25-06-2012 i told him that the Camera clarity is not cleared for this piece & someone video is downloaded of May 2012 earlier in this piece which means this it is not a new laptop ( means used by some one else ) , so i request him to replace the laptop with another laptop of HP Pavalion which will cost me 35,000 & i am ready to pay extra amount for that & he noted the configuration of HP Laptop & told me that OK i will do it just give me one day , after that he was post ponding the matter by saying that i haven't got the HP Laptop which you want i will arrange it before 8th July . Then he started avoiding my calls every time when i call him some other person pick the phone & tell me that his phone is with me i will ask him to call you , then i send him second message that " What happen did you receive Hp laptop from your dealer ? Call me or pick my phone to inform me that what time i should come tomorrow to pick my laptop " then afterwards also he didn't reply to my message & next day he called me from 9324368807 & told me that this is my dealer number & made my talk with him . His dealer also assured me that we haven't got the HP laptop which you want & asked me time till 12th July ,but finally when i called him on 12th July he told me that i am asking a mail from HP regarding the confirm Date of Laptop delivery . On 13th July i asked him to forward me the mail which you supposed to receive from HP on my mail id , but he didn't sended me the mail & stop picking my phone . On 14th July i dropped him four message asking him what is the status & HIS SHOP ADDRESS , but he didn't reply back & not told me his shop address , So again i contacted Vivek but the same his mobile is also not reachable so i dropped him a message asking about the status as your dealer is doing this kind of thing . On 16th July he asked once again the configuration of Hp laptop which i had sended him on message , which was already sended to him from my email id on 27th June 2012 . Then also he had not arrange the laptop & finally on 5th August as per the talk between both of us i had taken a confirmation from his end on mail that " If Before 15th August he is not replacing my laptop with hP he will return me whole money .

    This is Only One part of Problem which i am facing but the second part is that he promised me to download an Anti-virus also FREE OF COST which he had not done just by saying the statement that " IF I WILL DOWNLOAD ANTI-VIRUS IN THIS LAPTOP THEN I HAVE TO INSTALL ANOTHER ANTI-VIRUS IN YOUR HP LAPTOP WHICH MEANS I WILL BE IN LOSS , SO I WILL DOWNLOAD IT ONLY ONCE WHEN YOU WILL HAVE YOUR HP LAPTOP." But as i haven't got my HP laptop so anti-virus doesn't comes in to picture .

    Now , the main problem as during these period from 25-06-2012 when i had shown the laptop bill to other people they told me that it is not a ORIGINAL BILL , because tax is not mention in that bill & his VAT TIN NO is also not mention , so i asked vivek to give me original Bill but he started asking me 5% more on 32,200/- , i asked him that whatever deal amount is finalized between us you should give me the original bill of that amount only , but he always told me a same thing " DONT ARGUE WITH ME IF YOU WANT ORIGINAL BILL YOU HAVE TO PAY 5% EXTRA ON Rs 32,200/- " I told him that the MRP is Rs 32,990 on Box & also it is mention that ( inclusive of all Tax ) then how could you charge me above Rs 32,990/- , Finally on 12th august he had given me a bill of Rs 33,810/- which means he had charged extra Rs 820/- .

    This may be he is doing with most of the people by providing them wrong bill in which he is not mentioning tax & his VAT TIN NO i, i had also seen on internet that " No retail dealer or other person including manufacturer, packer, importer and wholesale dealer shall make any sale of any commodity in packed form at a price exceeding the retail sale price thereof. Rule 18(2) ".

    I had also gone to VIRAR West police station & share my problem with them but i got an advice that you contact to Consumer Forum from there you will get justice

    I had cross checked the same with SONY customer Care no on 16th August by asking them Can any one sell a Laptop over the MRP & i got a reply that "NO , No one can sell Above MRP ".& also told me that there is authorized dealer of SONY in VIRAR

    Sir, I am looking for justice as from 24-06-2012 i had brought the laptop but not used because of this kind of Fraud Vivek had done with me & i dont know whether he would be doing the same with other people also because i had seen him giving the fake bill copy to other buyer also purchase laptop from his shop .
    Sir , i had got the details of all sent sms on my mobile , mails which i had sended to him & his dealer & both the bills i.e first bill of Rs 32,200/- in which his VAT TIN NO is not mention & second bill of Rs 33,810/- ( charged above MRP )
