I have ordered Kindle book reader from koovs.com (order No.592337). I thought this impressive looking sites and offers would not be fake. I even made payment in advance of Rs.5500. As promised by them the product was to delivered with in 15-20 days. But even after 2 month I haven’t received my product . I have emailed so many times but the response from the support team is always same "the product is in transit and will be delivered soon" . I even called them so many time but the response was always " Let me check the system or let me check with my boss and will let you know the status on your phone". However, I am still waiting for any call from customer care. It’s now been more than 2 month and I am now hopeless about my product now. I asked them to refund my money so than I can buy from other reliable sites but they are even not refunding money. The only hope that I have now with consumer court is to do something. And I would like to caution other guys about the very poor service and delivery promises.
