    Default Complain against naaptol & wespro digital pvt ltd



    Dear sir i have online purchase a wespro net book from NAAPTOL but when i received the net book till date it not working . i call to wespro service center but no any reply from service engineers and they say that center is all ready closed and there are not received complain of wespro net book then i call to Wespro digital pvt ltd and say my problem there,s executive is say to me that my net book working in 48 hours but i have not received any mail and call from wespro after 10 days.

    Default Wespro Tablet vide naaptol order no 3941611

    Dear Sir,

    I had booked my product New 1 GHZ Wespro Touch Screen Tablet PC with 3G Product code 959501 vide Order No 3941611. I have complain against the product.

    1. On very first day after receiving my product my Tablet was hanged up till battery of tablet got exhausted. I registered my complain at Naaptol. After few days an Wespro executive called up saying it is a software problem and they will send software to my email, but till date i haven't received any email.

    2. After few days it stopped charging. I again called up naaptol. An executive asked me to send product back and they would replace it within 7 days. I send the product to M/s Quantium Solutions, Mumbai as per executive's instructions on 24/5/2012 through Blue Dart courier and was recieved at Mumbai on 25/05/2012. Blue dart courier detail is as follow as given to me by them ( you can also check this on their website).

    After 7 days passed I was told the product will receive to you after 15 days from receiving the product and not 7 days. Now 15 day have passed but I haven't received any information about the product. Today when I called up i was surprised that naaptol executive told me that the product, according to their computer, has received on 30/5/2012. I called several times after sending no body told me that i has received to you on 30/5/2012 and not 25/05/2012.

    Now I would like to know from you who is lying either Blue Dart or you.

    3. Battery backup was also not good. Wespro executive had told me that they would also send me a some kill battery software. but they haven't send that also.

    I would like to know about my product status. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful and revert back ASAP.

    DEAR SIR,i mrs taj jafri had order a NEW 1GHZ WESPRO TOUCH SCREEN TABLET PC WTH 3G from naaptol ORDER NO -4000922 on 17 may 2012 .i had complaint that my tablet is in warranty period @ its is not working it is hanged i had giving complaint to naaptol but they r just confusing me by saying call to wespro digital @ when i call thr they agin giving the same ans call to naaptol .respected sir do plz help me as i m a lady @ a tution teacher so this tablet amount means me a lot.either they replace my product or refund my money i am tired of having no serious action against my product ...MY ORDER NO-4000922 INVOICE NO-839825/MH\0010328 AMOUNT PAYED-5300 ONLY.{CASH ON DELIVERY}FROM NAAPTOL.THANKYOU MRS JAFRI.

    Default Rakhi Gift

    Naaptol is the verse and verse company I booked a rakhi for my brother on 13th july order no 4408939. While booking that Rakhi they promise to deliver within 2 working days. Till know it is not deliver I check with the blue dart courier company they said Naaptol people did not mention proper information on the parcel like the Coustmer name and the Coustmer number so Rakhi came back to bombay office. Naaptol people are so unprofessional that first mistake the docat number they gave me wrong doc number and then they did no mention proper detail on the parcel.
    and when i complaint them about this then they did not entertain my complaint. They spoil my Rakhi festival my brother is waiting for my rakhi so egarly but what should i tell him? and what about that money, I lost my Rakhi and as well as my money also.
    Really naaptol people are just after the money they want money they dont care about the emotions. I relly want you to take some necessary action on this and revert me ASAP.

    Dear sir,i placed an order in naaptol wespro e connect tablet pc e714 last month,i received the product after 8 days,then i started using the tablet,after 2 days tab hangs and finally i m not able to open it,touch not at all working,regarding this i called naaptol several times,they told to call wespro,again i called wespro,they told me to visit the service centre.after 5 days of using i went to the service centre,,they told there was problem with lcd(LCD DEAD),it was a hard ware problem..we cannot do anything,we will send the product to the wepro head office,u will get it in another 7 to 10 days...
    after 15 days of time ,i didnt received the product,,service centre people told that tab still in headoffice,we will calll u when we received,,they told it will take another 7 days!!!i dont know why services from wespro and naaptol very poor!!!!!they r making money by selling defective products...kindly get a resloution for this!!!

I have purchased inductin cooker from naaptol by mobile online shopping on 29 july 2012 and when i get the registry and i opened this package the wood and stones are present in the place of induction cooker its totally froad the website naaptol.com two witness

    Kindly help us with the complaint letter on empty.backoffice@gmail.com with 2 witness signature and post office stamp stating that you have received empty parcel through post,If in case post office is not giving to you the stamp then help us with 2 witness signature with stating that post office is not giving stamp and received empty parcel through the same.

    Hi all,
    I ordered callmate ipad card reader & usb hub kit from naaptol and used deal code ntcv26u385. Deal code applied and nett payable amount was coming 799 after disount of 200.
    Then also they charged amount 999.
    I am feeling cheated by naaptol.
    I want my all the money back as there is no trust on naaptol now.
    Now I want reimbursement from naaptol for the inconvience caused to me.

    i m keep on callling to the customer service centre...there was no response and they dont even botherd my compliant ....product returned on 26 th july to service centre....tillnow there was no response...i purchased the product on 6 th july....no nearly 43 days over...still im not able use the product...why there was a very poor service from naaptol and wespro...why they were selling defective products.....

    i have online purchase a wespro pc tablet e714l( order no 4472022) from naptol but when i received the pc tablet till date it not working. i call to wespro service center but no any reply from service engineers.
