Dear Sir,
I had booked my product New 1 GHZ Wespro Touch Screen Tablet PC with 3G Product code 959501 vide Order No 3941611. I have complain against the product.
1. On very first day after receiving my product my Tablet was hanged up till battery of tablet got exhausted. I registered my complain at Naaptol. After few days an Wespro executive called up saying it is a software problem and they will send software to my email, but till date i haven't received any email.
2. After few days it stopped charging. I again called up naaptol. An executive asked me to send product back and they would replace it within 7 days. I send the product to M/s Quantium Solutions, Mumbai as per executive's instructions on 24/5/2012 through Blue Dart courier and was recieved at Mumbai on 25/05/2012. Blue dart courier detail is as follow as given to me by them ( you can also check this on their website).

After 7 days passed I was told the product will receive to you after 15 days from receiving the product and not 7 days. Now 15 day have passed but I haven't received any information about the product. Today when I called up i was surprised that naaptol executive told me that the product, according to their computer, has received on 30/5/2012. I called several times after sending no body told me that i has received to you on 30/5/2012 and not 25/05/2012.
Now I would like to know from you who is lying either Blue Dart or you.
3. Battery backup was also not good. Wespro executive had told me that they would also send me a some kill battery software. but they haven't send that also.
I would like to know about my product status. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful and revert back ASAP.
