I ordered beetel magiq II on tabletworld.in on April,9th 2012 and have opted for CASH ON DELIVERY.
As per that website CASH ON DELIVERY can be opted only if Rs.500 is transferred in advance.
So without second thought I have transferred Rs.500 online, thinking that I can give remaining amount on receiving the goods.
To know the order status I tried a lot on 88027 51877 and 95824 77033 but both the no.s are not working, I even tried to reach them at sales@tabletworld.in, but I have not got a single reply from them.


Somehow searching online, I got this no 91.9811267186 (Neeraj, claims he is tabletworld.in employee) I had a talk with him, he said that "they have some problem with cash on delivery, so either cancel the order or transfer 100% in advance to get the goods" , so i immediately told him that i am cancelling the order and also sent a mail for the same.


He asked my a/c no so that they return the funds. I gave my a/c thru mail and also sent SMS.
They have neither transferred the funds nor answering the calls nor replying the mails.


My order no : TW13932 and mail id used to order is suman.bathula@gmail.com.
I can share mails i sent to them but have not got a reply from them.


Please do help me in this regard.
