    Default Order No - 4145721

    This is to bring to your notice that the product as per blue dart website say that the product has been delivered to you guys by 25th july, 2012 and your system says the product has been recieved on 18th aug, 2012. How could there be such a was difference.

    An above that the refund has still not been processed. Requesting your assistance to speed up the process.

    Default Order not delivered and no tracking information.

    Hello Naaptol,

    I have ordered a TV which is something very few people order online. So I hope I will not get any defective product delivery or if it is defective I'll get full refund. My order no is 4602839. I also wanted to know if product is found defective would Naaptol bear the cost of return delivery as it's TV and cost will be substantial in which case I'll never be inclined to order anything from Naaptol in future.

    Hopefully I'll get a new well packaged delivery.

    As per our telephonic conversation, request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
    * Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
    * Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.

    Thumbs down Still not received the product.

    Dear Mr. CEO - Naaptol,

    I have placed an order( No # 4808972) on 31st Aug 2012 and almost 12 days today I am still not received the product.

    The status “cargo ready” is showing since 1st Sep 2012 . I called many times to customer care but they don’t know where the product is and not sure when it will be exactly delivered.

    No emails are replied back with complete information about delivery date from customer care.

    Please have a look into this and advise when I will get my order.

    BTW this is my first (hopefully last ) experience of online shopping with Naaptol. I must say Naaptol’s CSL(customer satisfaction level) is 0 (zero).

    I have ordered for polo club watch and I asked the lady is it a single watch and she confirm that it is a single watch but now three watches dispatched to me and out of three one is not in working condition. I have informed to complaint Deptt. of naaptol but response was not good. The person who was attending the complaint advise me that they will revert on the subject after two days. I was shocked after the opening of packet sent to me the boxes of watch were in very bad condition. The quality of step of watch was also poor. It is diciving to the consumer and I was not assured to replace it.I want my money back.

    Default Defective Zync tablet & card reader

    Dear Sir
    I had ordered a Zync 909 plus tablet as a birthday gift for my daughter which originally reached me on the 25th Sep 2012. I found that it was not switching on even after full overnight charging and subsequently I contacted your customer care and as per instructions, returned the product back to you via Blue dart courrier. After that I get the same product back on the 11th Oct 2012 with a letter addressed to "whomsoever it may concern" that the product has been repaired by the technical team. However even after another overnight charging still the unit is not switching on. I dont think anybody has attempted to do any repair on this at all. Decent customer service should have been to issue a new product once one is found defective. Instead you are sending the same product back with the same issue unsolved, this is the height of irresponsibility. Now I am fed up with your entire service and I just want to return the product and get back a refund.
    Along with this I also have a complaint regarding my second order no: 4965721 which is a micro sd card with card reader. The card reader was not working from day one and I had contacted your customer care immediately. Then I was told to get this checked up by a local vendor and call back if still not sorted. I have got it checked up and the card works fine in another card reader and doesnt do in the product sent by you. I want this also either replaced or refunded.

    Default Naaptol is a fraudulent company, v v poor quality, products not functioning

    Naaptol is a fraudulent company. Dont ever buy any products from them. You will be shocked to see the quality of the products. More than half of their products are faulty and do not function. Then they will ask you to return back and that will be the full stop of everything.
