I am Blesson from Bangalore.

I have an issue with regards to a purchase done thru Baazee website. Here is the details. I have purchased a Codeless telephone thru Baazee website on 20/10/2004 @ Rs.1299. The vendor is from
Hyderabad and the name is Ms.AMS Exporters. After this purchase in 3 days time I fell ill and I was hospitalised for 30 days (I have all the medical records from a medical college). When I was in the
hospital I received the courier. But I was not able to check the same as I was hospitalised. Once I was back at home when I happen check this device it was found that this device is a faulty one. It was totaly
malfunctioning. Immidetely I wrote a mail to Baazee and the item supplied vendor. The vendor was not
responding at all. Finally one day I was able to get him over his mobile. (Normally, At any time we make a call, his mobile is switched off). "I explained to him that I was at hospital so I was not able to check the
device so please change it". Bcz the item has only 1 week warrenty. I told him I am not talking about
warrenty, I have received a product that was not working only. You have send me a faulty product. After
arguing for a long time he agreed to replace theDevice. At last on 07/12/2004 I have sent back the item to him to his office address by courier and he accepted the same. Other than the product price I have spend Rs.600 for the courier charges also. Now every day I am writing mail to Baazee and This Vendor asking for the same. None of the guys are responding. Several Times I wrote to Baazee asking for
help. They are not even responding.
The only way to reach both of these people are thru mail. As the vendor dosent keep his cell switched on neither baazee has not given any phone number to contact. This is the 4th month after me spending money and not have any Clue whether I will be able to get either my money or a working device.
Here I dont know how to proceed to file a case in consumer court as he is in hyderabad and I am at
bangalore.
Please help me for the same.
