Hello Sir,

I purchased a Mobile through online shopping from Timtara.com website on 16th Feb 2013. Deadline was 3 weeks for product delivery, but after the dead line no product was delivered by the timtara. I called on 8 th march and asked to cancel my order. They said order cancel and provide me cancel request id- 70668 by Washim who is the Customer support executive. I called 11th march they said request not cancelled. I called on the provided number of customer support number that is 01356670700 and 01353051500. Customer care executive picks the phone but they puts on hold without talking. They provide me false number of the responsible person of Timtara.com website and they are not ready to refund my money as well.
