I had placed an order No.10201823 Product Name Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 on 28-feb-2012 to timtara.com with an assured delivery within 8-10 days,Since they have failed to deliver the product within the specified period. I have tried contacting


them on the phone & through emails but have not responded. I would like to have the amount paid to them to be refunded. They dont pick the call ... they wont respond to my emails.
