I had booked two tickets from travelchacha.com on 23/01/2012. Airline reference number AWJDCN and AWJDCU. Value of tickets were 5095 and 4290. I did not recieve my tickets till two days from the date of booking then i called up travelcha.com for tickets. they told me the ticket booking is failed at their end due to some technical errors. But my bank told me that they had already claimed that money from my credi card. I have been following up with them since then and by now it is been 1 month but they are not refunding my money.They did not give me the tickets but still they took money from my credit card and now they are not refunding my money....
