Dear Team,

After seeing an ad in Mumbai mirror i have placed an order for Blackberry 9550 Storm 2 phone from India Times shopping.Typical promises was given that the product will be delivered in 7 working days. But till date no response on the same. Only my cry is raised.

I have placed order by 11 ^th Feb 2012, confirming that the product is in stock( today it is 20), payment was done on the spot,with a reference id 201202110910262 i called up the CSR many times,all i got was false commitments. till date the product was not even sent for shipment. Enquired the CSR told me we are following up with the merchant. Now they have raised a compliant 127793 and telling that it would take 3-4 working days for delivering the product.

As the information provided by the CSR the merchant too stays in Mumbai (Aimax Technologies Kandhivili West) and am staying in Navi Mumbai.

I dont know why it takes that much time.

I could see here in the forum that too many peoples have raised complaints against India Times am also one of the prey.

As i know this forum cant resolve, i still have hope that Customer Service in India will be improved.
