Sir,
I ordered a BRAUN Hand Blender MR530 from timtara.com on 3rd jan'11 and paid Rs.5000 using my icicibank credit card.
Since then i did not get any reply from them.
If i make a call to the customer care, they dont pick up.. I tried calling from different different numbers and they picked up but the only response id that the will ship the product on next friday or monday or some day of the week, and this has happened over last 4 weeks. I have also send many e-mails to customerfirst@timtara.com and cco@timtara.com but the only reply is "we will forward your complaint to the concerned department" and absolutely no response after that.

I have even sent a mail to cancel my order but on their website order status says "awaiting shipment"
I request you to help me get my money back.
I can furnish all the supporting documents.
