I purchased a Rossini watch online from Fashion and You on Jan 11th 2012 as a Birthday Present for a Friend. Order No 1313026 [Case:226434] I received the watch on Feb 1st 2012. To my surprise the watch's Chrono dial was not functioning and just was there for show. I immediately called the call center and spoke to a CSR Deepak. He advised me to return the product and they would process the Refund and would send me a cheque. I advised the CSR not to send me a Cheque but add the amount 2600 to store Credit so that I could buy something else.
The very next day I sent the Product through Blue Dart as no other Courier company would accept to take a watch. I spent and additional Rs. 300 and sent the Package with the watch. I received an SMS from Blue Dart that the Product reached Fashion and You on Feb 4th 2012. Way Bill no 13451427275. Now when I call the Customer Care team and write an email to them they keep on giving me 72 hours to wait for to process the refund. The first 72 Hours have past. I am not able to understand when I have sent the Product diligently then how come they are not able to get it in their system that they have not received it.
Before purchasing this watch on Fashion and you, I went through this very same Blog and was spectacle whether or not to buy anything on Fashion and You as there were a lot of complaints, but I guess this is how Fashion and You would like to be noticed.
