Dear Sir,

I made a order no. 10175229 on Timtara.com on 21st January 2012 for a sony ericsson mobile phone.I provided the them the documents they asked me for on 27th. After many days when still there was no progress regarding my order i called Customer Care for adressing my issues and they gave a email id of MR. Raja who is the Concerned person looking after the shipping.So i contacted him through email asking him when will the product be delivered he replied to me saying it will be delivered shortly.But till date there is no shipment.
So,please help me to either getting my phone or to get the refund.
And i also wanted to know from consumer court if i can put criminal charges against for intention of Fraud.
