My order number is #10161601, ordered on 31st December 2011. I paid full amount for that product. They didn't ship till now. Around 30 times I called them.

They are saying only 2 statements..
1. We will inform to concern department
2. We will ship the product this by weekend (Like that 6 weeks over)

They are not responding properly to the mails. take an immediate action on timtara.
I have all the docs like payment bill, mails, order status
do the needful..
