My husband baught a holiday voucher from bag it today and send the filled up form,copy of invoice and ID proof and 750 rupees demand draft as per their requirement.they recieved those documents 30th jan 2012.But yet we didn't get any call or mail from their customer service team. We try to call customer care several times,but nobody answered.According to the voucher form we have to use it by march 2012.So we have little time left.They should called us in 3 days.but it's been 2 weeks,and I think our money going to be in waste.We still waiting for their call and confermation booking papers.
