I had purchased a Canon 550D + 4 GB card product from online shopping portal of Indiatimes, order no. is 30000070893. At time of making payment for the same I was informed that the product will be delivered till 8th Feb. 2012 and I can check the status by log-in on “my order” on Indiatimes shopping website.

Till date and time it is showing status as ‘To be shipped’ and when I called the customer care no., the representatives of Indiatimes shopping continuously told me to call after 2 hours from last 2 days as they told they can't track the order because of some problem.

For your reference the 2 representatives I spoke with today are : Mr. Uttam and Mr. Kunal.

Yesterday they provide me a complaint no. 116861 and told me the representative will call me in next few hours and i haven't recieved any call from them and when I checked status online I found the complaint no. and resolution date attached - 21st Feb. 2012. How can even after asking for 10 days time Indiatimes can do this with their customer and that too for such a high amount product.

I request you to please help me in this regard.
