My family has ordered from stuff from futurebazaar.com vide order numbers 5040478570/5040502783/5040479590 dated jan 25 2012 and jan 27 2012, the payment for same orders were done online and thus the orders were verified, checked accepted and confirmed by them and went for processing, later we received email from them that since they are running a backlog so we should co operate and allow them some more time to get these delivere maximum before feb 07, but till date they have not dispatched them, we are calling and writing to them every day but they keep telling lies, complaint were raised to franklin, vinita, their senior garishma taladi, it is really frustrating to call them at our own expenses every day and later after standing 15-16 in queue they hung up the phone or keep misleading and giving us false assurances, since feb 2 they are cheating us that they will dispatch our products same evening but they never do, i wonder what sort of ethics they have, they are misleading and giving us false lies. We have already wasted more then 500 bucks just on calls, and over order amounts to 1617 in total, so we assume we have wasted about 2200 indian money. so very shameful of them please make sure you take some action on them.
