Dear Sir:

I had ordered a Verbatim 1TB Hard Drive from Timtara.com on January 16, 2012. It was mentioned on the product page on your site that the product would be within 8-10 Days after making an order. Having not received any updates as to the shipment of the Hard Drive, and after numerous unanswered calls to your customer care number, I wrote an email to the customer care on January 28, 2012 addressing my concern for the purchased product. I was then told, in a reply email, that the product would be shipped within 4-5 Days. I again wrote an e-mail on February 3, 2012 inquiring about the product's shipment status. The e-mail remains unanswered of now. I am gravely disappointed with Timtara.com and its Customer Care department. Neither do they respond to calls nor to e-mails. Even though the internet is flooding with downright negative comments about your services, I chose to ignore them and placed an order on your site which, now I feel, I should not have done.

Dear Timtara, what kind of e commerce website are you running? I expected professionalism from your site but what I am experiencing is a feeling of being cheated. Every day, from the past 1 week, I have been calling your Customer Care number, which remains unanswered. It has been 24 days since I ordered the Hard Drive and it still hasn't been shipped. May I please request you to either ship my product within 48 Hours or if you are unable to, then to please initiate a refund of my purchase amount.

Lastly, Please do know that I have a business to take care of and do not have the time to keep writing e-mails and calling your customer care. I just want you to ship the Hard Drive, or if that is not possible, then to refund my purchase amount. I do not want to keep wasting my time over this issue. I am contemplating taking legal action and initiate a legal complaint against Timatara.com at the District Consumer Forum.
