I bought a smartfone from indiatimes on 03.02.2012 but till date they have not shipped it. And as of now they have given me a fake airway bill number. When I checked it in the website of the courier Aramex,I found it to be fake. On the next day of purchase I called up customer care to give me the status but they were very reluctant to saying they had some technical issues at that time and told me to call them after 5-6 hours.

On 06.02.2012 I called to enquire the status and the guys on the customer helpline told me that it would take them sometime to ship.I waited. The next day I checked up the status and found this issue that it was shipped but on enquiry with the courier it was not so.

After all this,I called them today asking them to give me some higher officials contact number and that guy was reluctant.He instead gave me the mail id of some Amit Sharma to which I forwarded the mail followups I had with Indiatimes but till now he has not responded.

Today evening I called up customer care to enquire about the status and that guy told me that there was nothing to be done but to wait. So I told him to cancel my order on which he told me that it would take 6 working days to cancel the order !!!And another 3 for money refund !!

Kindly help me on what action to take next. If there is any contact mail id of any higher official I could use please help me.
