I had made an order at shopping.Indiatimes.Com. My order ID is 30000066152 and order date is 23 jan 2012. It was for a videocon 3g v7400 android phone. I was given an email saying that the expected delivery date is february 5th 2012.
I DID not receive any other emails from them or any calls. I waited patiently till feb 6th for the product. Then when I checked the status of my order, it says it is cancelled.
I DID not cancel it.And they have not refunded my money.

They dont reply to my emails,so I tried calling and the answer I got is that their system is down,call later.
