naaptol enticed me into placing a prepaid order by offering the watch free.
then there has been no information on the number of days of delivery (of the shoes or the gift) and suddenly there is an sms on refund.
why refund. i wanted the products as ordered.
i havent heard from naaptol or from ceo (the website says we can expect a confirmed response from you)
You dont have a toll free number to call and clarify doubts.
Looks like its a ploy to show orders (numerous orders before the end of the year) and increase valuations! Who would bother to check if the orders are executed at all.
They have cancelled the order on the pretext that vendor doesnt have the product. then why advertise and offer watch free with prepaid order. they should offer only when its in stock,
Request intervention.
Then i went and order on my own (no gift) since i wanted the shoes. now they send a brown shoes painted black (since i wanted black). Have returned them as instructed by website. havent heard from them since!!!!

As we Have Ordered this Product to be reliable in nature & genuinity but we dont find the product genuine in nature.

Recieved : Euro Size 41
When called to your customer care they say that they can't help in any nature.
