I express my grievances about an order I booked on timtara on 23-12-2011. The details are as under:

The product has not been delivered till date (07/02/2012). I had ordered the game to gift it to child on her birthday which was on 31/12/2012. As such I had requested timtara on Phone 033-40166500 on around 26thDec to kindly ensure its delivery by 31st dec to which they apologized.They promised that the product would be delivered by 3rd Jan.The product was not delivered. I called several times on 5th Jan.No one picked up the phone, on 7th , 9th and then several times till date but to no avail. I had tried to contact them on mail, but except for an automated reply nothing I received. Now fear its a fraud. I want my product or my money back.Please help
