1)I have purchased Microsoft Xbox 360 and below are my purchase details

Order Total: Rs. 12,489 INR

2) Delivery was guaranteed in 8-10 days and its 24 days and product is even not yet shipped.


3) I have contacted customer support through mails & call and they never give satisfying response just says give us 48 hours and no support after that.

4) I call them daily they always have the same response, says your product will be dispatched this week, on Fridays they say that your product will be dispatched next week Tuesday & again on Tuesday they says it will be dispatched this week. And this cycle continues I m hearing this from last 24 days.

Please help me out in file a case against timtara for Deficiency in delivery & mental agony caused due to it. As from my very busy schedules I have to daily call them up and have to waste my hours on them.
